Why 3OA Softball?

We are a growing softball program entering our second year with a strong commitment to developing strong athletes and empowered young women. Our experienced coaches deliver high-level training while fostering a culture that values both individual development and teamwork.

With intentionally small rosters, every player receives the personalized attention they deserve - gaining valuable playing time, sharpening their skills, and increasing confidence both on and off the field.

What we offer:

• 6,000 sq ft turf facility in North Ridgeville with full field, 4 batting cages, pitching machines, and various training tools
• Discounts and early access available for Rawlings/Easton products
• Staff consisting of former collegiate and high school softball players and coaches
• An understanding of the balance required by multi-sport athletes
• Pitching instruction from a former collegiate player

What you can expect:

• Fall (Sep-Oct)
• Weekday doubleheaders at Victory Park
• 1 tournament
• Off-Season Training
• Jan-Feb: Academy Days
• 6-week camp run by the program directors
• Feb-May: team practices as scheduled
• Summer League (May-July)
• Weekday doubleheaders at Victory Park
• 4 local tournaments

The softball program is run separately from the well-established baseball program.
